Book your 1-on-1 private class with MJ, or join our new Mother-Daughter Running Club, or Tri Training with Tired Mom. You can combine these classes with a plan (much cheaper that way), or pay per session.

Pick and chose your coaching service from the list below. We are all in different phases in our fitness journeys. You may need a little more advice, motivation and accountability in the beginning of your journey (Thrive)  while experienced athletes may just want to be told what to do (Athletica+) and be fine with less interactions. 

You may journey through all of these packages if you stay for longer time. And that is totally fine!

My goal as a coach is to provide you a quality experience that meets YOUR needs. Ultimately though, I feel like I've succeeded if you feel confident enough to fly on your own - acknowledgable and confident in your skills.
