Learn to Lift is a self-paced program that teaches you the basic lifting techniques so that you can confidently start lifting weights and stop that age-related muscle and bone mass loss! We want to stay strong, independent and healthy as we age, right!? Well, it's never too late to start and this is the perfect way to take that first step! You'll learn: How to brace your core for more powerful lifts and to protect your back! Hip hinge Deadlifts Bent-over Rows Push Ups progressions - and yes, you may start with standing push ups and that's totally A OK! Pull Ups progressions - and again, you will start where you are and that may not be at the pull-up bar! You'll need: Access to internet to watch and follow along the videos and read the instructions. Either bar with weights (Deadlifts & Squats) or a broom stick! Start where you are Dumbbells various weights, depending on your level Long exercise bands as you get stronger and get on the pullup bar Pull-up bar - eventually. For a more personalized experience, we offer a 45-minute online class with individual feedback tailored to your needs. You'll receive one-on-one coaching, form corrections, and personalized tips to help you progress faster. 45-minute Online Individual Class with Feedback: $30 per session
